Implemented by the Department of Higher Education with Canara Bank as the nodal agency.

This scheme provides collateral-free and guarantor-free education loans to students securing admission in top-ranked Quality Higher Educational Institutions (QHEIs). The scheme serves as removing the financial barrier to education for meritorious youth who do not qualify for other government scholarship programs.

Students can avail loans to cover the entire cost of tuition, hostel fees, and associated expenses without providing collateral or a guarantor, for students with up to Rs. 8 lakhs annual family income.
