Trainee Programmes
Applications are invited for the six months research training programme of the Centre from the post graduate science students of universities/institutions/colleges of repute to carry out their project work towards partial fulfilment of their post graduate degrees for the sessions commencing from January and July every year. The training programme for post graduate students of professional courses can be considered for a period of one year. The terms and conditions would be as given below:
  1. The candidates must have passed all examinations starting from senior secondary school examination in first division or equivalent grade (at least 60% of marks).
  2. They should get their requests forwarded through their Heads of departments/colleges/institutions.
  3. The candidates will have to make their own local arrangements for stay and other logistics. RCB will not bear any liability whatsoever.
  4. They will not be entitled to any remuneration, stipend or fellowship.
  5. They will have to abide by conduct rules applicable to the employees of the RCB.
Interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications through their respective Head of Departments/Colleges/Institutions to Registrar, RCB (email: registrar@rcb.res.in). The profiles of the RCB Faculty may be viewed by visiting the website and the students may indicate the RCB Faculty according to the area of their preference. The decision of the Executive Director of the Centre will be final in this regards.
